Listing agents will receive automatic emails regarding their new listing and will be provided with next steps to be taken with the listing. The email you receive will look different depending on whether you have the property marketing feature for myTRIBUS or not.
Note: Every time a new listing is added on the MLS a Deliver email will be sent to the listing agent.
Note: There are two types of Deliver emails: Non-property marketing emails and property marketing emails.
Step 1: Check your inbox for the Deliver email. Be sure to also check your spam folder if it is not in your inbox.
The non-property marketing email will look like this:
From here you can:
- View the property page
- Share the property to Facebook
- Schedule a meeting with a Success coach
- Create an advertisement for the property
- Add a contact into myTRIBUS
- Add and complete tasks for the property
The Property marketing version of the email will look like this:
