Resetting your password
- From your myTRIBUS login screen, click the "FORGOT PASSWORD?" button.
2. A "Forgot Password' window will appear.
1) Enter the email you use to login.
2) Click SEND RESET LINK.
Note: If you're not sure what email to use, please contact TRIBUS Client Care at our help desk portal.
3. You will be sent an email with a link to create a new password.
Note: If you do not get a reset password email link check your spam folder. (If you use Gmail check all your inbox categories. "Ex. Promotions".)
