The coach feature in myTRIBUS allows you to view data pulled in from the MLS for comparing how an agent or the brokerage is doing in comparison to the industry. You will see tabs at the top of the page that allow you to sort the data by the year to date or the previous year. The first graph you will see is a sales volume graph that allows you to keep track of your total sales. You can even use the "view properties" button to view the properties that are being counted towards the data.
Next, you will see a pricing efficiency graph that allows you to see if you are overselling or underselling in comparison to the average list and close prices.
Then you will see that there is a market comparison graph that compares the average days on market for the properties in comparison to the average for the industry. There will also be pricing comparison to the average price per square foot and the median sales price.
The last graph you will notice shows how many deals were closes, how many new leads have been obtained, how many new listings you have off the MLS, and the sources of your leads.
