Writing Notes on Contacts
Taking notes on your contacts is an invaluable practice that enhances your ability to manage and organize important information about your relationships. By writing detailed notes, you can capture specific details such as personal preferences, past interactions, or follow-up reminders that may be crucial for future communication. This not only helps you remember key facts about each contact but also fosters stronger connections by allowing you to engage more meaningfully during conversations. In a fast-paced environment, having these insights readily available can streamline your workflow and improve your overall communication strategy.
Step 1. Login to myTRIBUS
Step 2. Select "contacts"

Step 3. Select the contact(s)
Step 4. Select "note"

Step 5. Write your note in the body section
Step 6. Click "add" to create the note

When you select a contact you will be taken to their profile. Under the message bubble tab you will be able to:
- View the notes you've written
- Edit notes with the pencil icon
- Delete notes with the trash can icon
- Add new notes with the "+" sign
