What if my Listing is missing?
What to Do If Your Listing Is Missing: MLS Status and Display Guidelines
If your listing is missing from the website or within myTRIBUS, the first step is to verify its status in your Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Each MLS has its own rules and regulations regarding which listings are shared and displayed. It's important to understand that some MLSs do not share listings that are in certain statuses, such as "coming soon" listings. These are often temporary statuses that indicate a property will be available soon but is not yet active for public viewing.
Additionally, there are certain statuses that are intentionally set not to display on the website. For instance, listings marked as "withdrawn" are no longer available for sale and, therefore, will not show up in searches or listings on the website.
To ensure that your listing has a valid status that should be visible on the website, cross-check its status in your MLS. If you find that the listing is active and should be displayed but is still missing, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team. They are equipped to investigate the issue further and can provide assistance to ensure your listing is properly displayed.
