How Long Should I let my ad run before I start seeing results?

How do I know which leads came in from my advertisement?
Once a lead fills out your form, you will get an email notification like the one below informing you that a new contact has come in through the Tribus Engage system. You can then click on the link and follow up with your contact as soon as possible. The more minutes you let fly by, the more you stand to lose your potential lead.
You can check on what contacts came in through the Tribus Engage system by logging in to your CRM, heading to the "Contacts" section and enabling the "Source" column.
From here once you click on your contact, you'll be able to tag them to organize your activity stream. You can also send them a quick flex email, add a task or export your contact. You'll also see their activity stream below along with the property associated with each lead so you know exactly what property they are inquiring about.

How do I view the analytics for how my advertisement is doing?
You can check on the performance of your ad program by clicking on the "Programs" section.
All of your ad campaigns will live here and you also be able to quickly add new programs with the black "Create Programs" button in the top left corner.
All of your ad programs will be accessible from here in case you need to edit or cancel any programs. Our dashboard provides you with a brief overview of your ad's performance. You'll be able to see how many people clicked on your ad, its views, comments and any leads that came in.
Is There a Cancellation Fee if I Cancel My Ads Early?
Cancelling an ad program early can cost you. There is a 10% cancellation fee for the remaining ad spend. For example, if you end your campaign after spending $50 of your $150 budget on ads, you will incur a $10 cancellation fee. You will then get your refund through Stripe within a couple of business days.
