You can access the "Contacts" section from the main dashboard's left menu-bar Under CRM Section:
All of your contacts can be stored in the TRIBUS IDX/CRM Lead Manager, whether they be future prospects, current leads, or former clients.
We've made it easy to access and view all of your leads, right from the back-end of your website. No need to log in to a different system! Some of the columns in the header are clickable to sort by that column. Clicking the lead's name will take you to the Lead Activity page.
myTRIBUS Contacts Page
When you are in the Contacts page you have options to Add a Contact, Search Contacts, or Sort Contacts by First / Last name etc.
Contact Details Page
After you have clicked on a "Contact" you will be directed to their Details page. This will be an overview of the contact's information.
The following information will be displayed in the Contacts Details Page:

You will have the ability to Edit, Archive, Email, or Confirm Last Contacted from the myTRIBUS left menu-bar.
If you click on the "Edit" button, you would be taken to the "Edit Contact" page.
This page allows for you to change personal information of the contact. All of the contact fields that can be edited will allow you to simply click and enter information into its field.
Here is where you can pull source code if needed.
This is where you can "Archive" a contact from your list. This does not fully delete the contact and their information is recoverable but it will not be available anymore on your contact list.
Note: You will have to contact TRIBUS Client Care to recover any archived contact information.
Here you can email the contact directly using Flex Mail templates or custom emails.
Input and verify when you last reached out to the contact.
