Recording When You Last Contacted Your Client
You can easily record when you last contacted your client within myTRIBUS, ensuring that you maintain a comprehensive history of your communications. This feature allows you to keep track of your interactions, which can be invaluable for building strong client relationships and providing personalized service. By updating the contact log regularly, you will have quick access to important details about your previous discussions, enabling you to follow up effectively and stay organized in your client management efforts.
Step 1: Access your myTRIBUS account by logging in.
Step 2: Navigate to the "Contacts" section by clicking on it.

Step 3: Choose the specific contact(s) you wish to update.
Step 4: Click on the "Contacted" option to log the date and time of your last interaction with the client(s).

Step 5: Choose the date and time for your last interaction from the calendar and time selection tool.
Step 6: Click the "Update" button to save the selected date and time.

You will be able to see when you last contacted the client by clicking on their name and going to their profile. In the client profile, you will find a dedicated "last contacted" section that clearly displays the date and time of your most recent interaction. This information is automatically updated based on the details you have entered into the system during your contact log updates.
By referencing this section, you can quickly refresh your memory about your previous communications, making it easier to personalize your follow-up conversations.
