Deliver Email Alerts


Listing agents will receive automatic emails regarding their new listing, ensuring that they stay informed and organized throughout the listing process. These emails are designed to provide essential information and next steps that the listing agent should take to maximize the property's exposure and facilitate a successful transaction. The format and content of the email you receive will vary based on whether you have access to the property marketing feature within myTRIBUS. If you have the property marketing feature, the email will include additional marketing tools and resources tailored to enhance your listing efforts. Conversely, if you do not have this feature, the email will focus on basic listing information and standard actions required. This distinction is important as it helps you understand the resources available to you and how to best leverage them for your new listing.


Note: Every time a new listing is added on the MLS a Deliver email will be sent to the listing agent.


Note: There are two types of Deliver emails: Non-property marketing emails and property marketing emails.


Step 1: Check your inbox for the Deliver email. Be sure to also check your spam folder if it is not in your inbox.


The non-property marketing email will look like this:



From here you can:

  • View the property page
  • Share the property to Facebook
  • Schedule a meeting with a Success coach
  • Create an advertisement for the property
  • Add a contact into myTRIBUS
  • Add and complete tasks for the property 

The Property marketing version of the email will look like this:
