If you have a property listing that is not currently listed on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), you may still want to showcase it on your brokerage's website. This could be due to various reasons, such as a private sale, a unique property that does not fit the traditional listing criteria, or simply a desire to keep the listing within your brokerage. Regardless of the reason, you can easily create this listing using the myTRIBUS platform. By adding the listing to myTRIBUS, you ensure that it is visible to potential buyers and agents within your network, thus maximizing exposure and facilitating the marketing process.
Step 1: Login to myTRIBUS
Step 2: Select "properties" on the left-hand side menu
Step 3: Click on the "+" sign to add the property
Enter any information you would have on the listing
Note: Items with * are required
Ensure that you are displayed as the listing agent
Once you have entered your preferred information Scroll down to the bottom of the page
Here you can check the box to “Send new Off Market Listing email”. This will send an email to agents in your brokerage to alert them of the new off-marketing listing.
When you are finished, click "create"
