Archiving Contacts

Archiving contacts is a great way to remove contacts you no longer need visible in your active list, helping you maintain a cleaner and more organized workspace. This functionality is particularly useful for managing large contact lists, allowing you to focus on the individuals you interact with most frequently. By archiving contacts, you can streamline your workflow and enhance your productivity, ensuring that your contact list remains relevant and manageable.


Step 1: Log in to your myTRIBUS account.

Step 2: In the left-hand side menu, click on "Contacts" to access your contact list.



Step 3: Choose the contact(s) you would like to archive by clicking on the check box next to each contact.

Step 4: Click on the "Archive" option to proceed with archiving your selected contact(s).



Step 5: Confirm the archiving process by selecting "Archive."

Once you complete this step, the archived contact(s) will be removed from your active contact list.

The contact may take a moment to disappear from your contact list once you have chosen to archive. Refreshing your browser will speed up this process.
